Ambassadors - Greater London
During December we held our Gala Event which was, as always, a grand affair, I am pleased to be featuring one of the National Winners in this edition. Unfortunately London did not have any Winners of the Year; however everyone who submits an application for the Training Awards is a winner as you are all harnessing the skills of your workforce and recognising the achievements that result.
December also gave us Christmas, of course, a time for peace, relaxation and celebrations, I hope it was enjoyable.

Passport Service Trains Against Identity Fraud
The Identity and Passport Service - an executive agency of the Home Office has created a massive network of offices to combat passport fraud and identity theft.
The 67 offices had a collective staff of 600, including 461 interview officers, all of whom had to be trained in the practice of Authentification by Interview, or AbI.
