You are an NTA Winner and you know what it means to walk up on the stage and receive your award! You will remember the sights, the sounds and how you felt when you heard your name announced. Now, as an Ambassador, you have the opportunity to encourage others to follow in your footsteps, to tell their story and win an NTA.

You know what it takes to be a winner and you will, I'm sure, know individuals or organisations that have a story to tell. You may even have another yourself. To help find those stories and support entrants, a series of Information Seminars, provided by the Department for Learning and Development, is taking place across Northern Ireland in February. All you need to do is to spread the word about NTA and encourage people to register for the seminars at www.ntani.gov.uk.

So let's get those stories out there and show that even in these hard times people are doing great training that is making a difference to business and the community
