Ambassadors - West Midlands

You are called to action!
The 2010 National Training Awards are now open!

Why not make one of your New Year resolutions to promote NTA so that we get a record-breaking number of entries and winners in the West Midlands in 2010.

There are a number of ways you can do this:

  • Promote NTA on your website - we can provide a link and some text for you
  • Advertise the Info sessions on your website, newsletters, ezines
  • Meetings - mention about this year's awards
  • Hand out leaflets to your network
  • Identify speaking slot for me to talk about the Awards

Please contact me if you want help with any of the above.

Click on this link to find out about information sessions near you. We have just revamped our website www.nationaltrainingawards.com, we have fliers available for you to help promote the sessions and the closing date is 23rd April 2010.

Delegates can book by calling 0800 0191 475 or email: info@nationaltrainingawards.com
For entry forms and more details go to the website

Thank you and Happy New Year!

NTA UK Award Winner Staffordshire Police
Staffordshire Police Go Digital

A constabulary in the West Midlands is equipping its constables with mobile computers.

Staffordshire Police is one of the country's best performing constabularies. The force has taken a national lead to reduce bureaucracy within the police service, and its innovative approach to learning and development is widely acknowledged.

Public perception of police work and actual police work are two very different things. For instance, national crime and disorder figures have gone down in six of the last seven years, but many members of the public believe that it is increasing. They also believe that there are fewer police on the streets, although in truth, police force numbers have grown.
