The National Training Awards are highly respected and valued because of the rigorous judging process, which encompasses Assessment, Regional and Winners of the Year Judging.

The Judges are volunteers who have considerable experience and expertise in the world of learning and development and have excellent knowledge of the National Training Awards.

They come from a variety of sectors and backgrounds.
